VBRA Accredited

The VBRA is the lead body for the vehicle body building and vehicle repair industry. The Association sets and monitors members operating standards for the provision of services, repairs and customer satisfaction and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and other legislation; all underpinned by the VBRA Code of Practice.

Members are graded on their provision of services to determine and maintain their capabilities in line with developments in vehicle construction techniques and the use of advanced materials.

Customers of VBRA member businesses are assured of a quality repair, good service, current repair methods through the use of up-to-date equipment by trained technicians and, in the rare event something should go wrong, the back up of the VBRA conciliation service.

Membership of the VBRA is a hard won privilege available only to those businesses meeting the stringent membership standards developed and regularly updated since VBRA inception in 1914 who agree to comply with the Association's robust Code of Practice.
